Blackberry Dessert
Ingredients:
carton of washed blackberries
16 ounces cream cheese
a small can of evaporated milk
a cup of sugar
can of whipped cream or tub of cool whip
sponge cakes, shortcakes or angel food cake
Directions:
In a glass, 9x13x2 dish, crumble and break up the sponge cakes, short cakes or angel food cake into pieces. In another bowl, mix your sugar, milk, cream cheese, cool whip or can of whipped cream and mix until very smooth. Pour half of that mixture, on top of your pieces of sponge cake, shortcake or angel cake pieces in your glass dish. Put half of your fresh blackberries on top of that and layer the rest of your ingredients. Serve in sundae glasses or bowls.
