Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing
4 cups of cornbread crumbled up
1/2 pound of hot ground sausage
1 box of stove top stuffing mix.
1/4 cup of celery
1/4 of a small onion
water or chicken broth
Brown your ground sausage in a frying pan on about medium heat. After the sausage has browned, add your onions, celery, and stir. Start adding in your stove top stuffing mix and cornbread pieces and continue cooking on medium to medium low for about five or ten minutes. Stir in a 1/2 cup of water or 1/2 cup chicken broth. After that, place it all in a glass baking dish and cook for 30 minutes. This is easy to make and tastes great with chicken or turkey.
