Ham and Cheese Quiche
Ingredients:
1 cups of diced, smoked ham
1 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1 cup of milk
9 inch pie shell
1/4 cup of all purpose flour
dash of salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place your 9 inch pie shell in a pie pan and starting with the smoked ham first, begin layering in the ham and cheese. You can also add some diced onions or tomatoes if you desire.
In a mixing bowl, mix the cup of milk, with 4 beaten eggs, your flour and salt and pepper. Once you have that mixed well, just pour it in, on top of the ham and cheese, that's already in your pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
